Roles & Responsibilities

• Actively participating in multiple aspects of projects, especially in Financial service / IT enabled IA solution / Risk management system / Data analysis, by identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analysis, as well as synthesizing conclusions and presenting recommendations
• Leading and coaching others on engagements, especially in Financial service / IT enabled IA resolution / Risk management system / Data analysis, and mentoring staff as they grow their capabilities, careers and client service impact
• Undertaking and leading Business Development activities (proposals, presentations) that will directly contribute to the growth of the business and your career opportunities

Requirements

• 1-2 years relevant experience in risk management or related areas in financial services and/or IT consulting service
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Certified in CFA,FRM,CISA or other relevant certifications would be an advantage
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and presentation skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English

For FS specialist

• Ability to develop operational Risk frameworks (RCSA, KRIs, loss databases and AMA models) for measuring and monitoring operational risk
• Be familiar with risk management and internal control method for finance industry
• Experience in valuation, modelling and quantitative management of financial instruments would be desirable
