The Overseas Region (MS/O) is responsible for large growth markets, small to medium-sized sales and marketing companies (MPCs), and importers' markets/general distributors for the Overseas Region. The region includes the markets Japan, South Korea, Australia/New Zealand, Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Latin America, Turkey, Russia and South Africa.

The Marketing Experience Center Region Overseas based in Malaysia coordinates, serves and implements Marketing Activities on behalf of markets in a shared service center approach in areas of Global Media Buy, Social, OneWeb Activation, Personalization and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Operations in close alignment with markets, agency partners and the Region Overseas Marketing team. Target is to support local Marketing teams centrally in global standardized platform based areas in a most efficient setup effectively, e.g. Activation and Optimization of Always-on Campaigns, Brand Campaigns and PAD campaigns upon Market introduction of new Mercedes-Benz model ranges. During 2022 you would support and steer the team setup, ramp-up processes, optimize collaboration and execute pilots with markets in a constantly growing team together with our agency partners in Interaction Studio Personalization related areas. From 2023 on first markets shall be served effectively.

What we are looking for:-
We are searching for a Salesforce Interaction Studio expert to drive the technical implementation of personalization & efficient content implementations. You should be an open-minded and collaborative self-starter, looking to explore new ways of working and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

You will be managing a small team working in agile methodology to drive personalization and technical implementation across the industry.

Responsibilities:-
- As Salesforce Interaction Studio Consultant, you will be responsible to input into the development of the platform and its uses to support business needs in the region
- Being successful in this role requires a good understanding of local marketing needs, articulating the business benefits by consulting and highlighting on the right usage of the product
- You will be consulting markets on customer journey operations, with a focus on personalization and support markets to achieve the optimal use of Interaction Studio
- Development of use case variations with markets and optimization tactics
- Demand management and co-ordination with HQ and market
- Cross-stream alignment with Salesforce Audience Studio, CDP, Marketing Cloud, Social Studio and MB website instance
- Alignment with the central product owners for streamlined project management
- Regional Steering of line operations, with market and agencies
- Monitor KPIs and work and consultant proactively to optimize the performance and effectiveness
- Understand product development and support rollout of system enhancements
- Analyze business requirements and design business solutions closely with business partners based on needs
