Our Hire-to-Retire business line delivers a variety of innovative Human Resources services along the complete lifecycle of an employee - from onboarding to off-boarding! You support the operation and development of the HR Datalake (HR D2GO), which is the platform for self-service reporting and analytics of HR that uses PowerBI as the frontend. What role will you play? Creation and maintenance of new/existing reports, dashboard, dataflows and datasets in PowerBI; Administrate and monitor permissions; Handle service requests and other demands from the customer and realize it in Microsoft PowerBI; Respond to incidents and drive the required actions; Monitor data flows and ensure data consistency/quality; Provide consultancy for new projects and support the customer in finding the best solution/architecture for reporting, visualization and data models; Maintain Office 365/Sharepoint/OneDrive environment and update documentation. We are looking for: University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematic or similar quantitative field or equivalent practical experience; Very good understanding for data and data analyses including business related topics/dependencies; Strong experiences in Microsoft Power BI; Good experiences in Microsoft 365; Experiences in data modelling, handling big data, Snowflake, SQL are preferred; Knowledge in HR processes are preferred; Customer centric mindset; Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
