• Support rollout of our key production measurement tool to all process areas and when specified introduce an automated capacity planning and scheduling tool.
• Support the roll out and adoption of the process excellence training courses and e-modules by scheduling all management and supervisory staff to attend and again appropriate certification.Promote and support the 2020 programme and encourage our operations staff to shift towards adopting the OTPE practices required to be effective in the role.

• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and quickly draw conclusions on what the data means.
• Ability to manage & engage multiple stakeholders , meet their expectations , negotiate in situations of conflicting interests and influence key decision makers in a positive manner.Proven Operations, Planning and Project management skills.
• Sound understanding of GSD & Business related structure and objectives i.e. RBWM, CMB, Global Businesses/Functions etc.
• Ability to understand and implement Group risk management policies.
• High commercial orientation with the fundamental objective to reduce operating costs, improve efficiencies and enhance the service we deliver to the customer.
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is desirable
• Typically qualifications would include an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
