About the role

As a Consultant, you will have opportunity to work on various projects like:

Corporate strategies
Growth strategies in the S&O sector
Business transformation and operational efficiencies in various industries
Organisational Design and Restructuring
Operational Efficiencies
Industrial economics
Regulatory and Policy formulation
Business analytics
Mergers and acquisitions & post- merger integration strategies including operation integration, PMO, sales& marketing, R&D, supply chain& operation and cost reduction

The position responsibilities
Appropriately manage engagement timelines, work modules, and help to define the analytical agenda for each project
Appropriately engage with more senior personnel on the case (e.g., Managers, Directors, Partners)
Ensure client satisfaction with each project and its outcomes
Begin to take leadership roles within the business to develop the firm and our business
Coach, mentor and develop the junior team on each project
Begin developing a strong professional network

At least 3 years of consulting experience
Deep knowledge of the industry
MBA from a top-tier institution (preferred, not a must)
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects
Proven capabilities for team development and coaching
Emerging business development skills
Proven core consulting skills including: slide design, document storylining, problem solving, analytics, modelling
Technical skills: strong written and oral communications ability, foster open dialogue amongst the team, strategic thinking, strong organizational capability
Professional skills: strong networking ability, client management, team management
Leadership: effectively lead and mentor a team, demonstrated history of taking leadership roles both at work and outside of work
