(Purpose of the job)

In this position, you will be part of the team building our CRM application. You will work with to take on technical challenges that are associated with our ever growing number of customers. The role will contribute to the technical design and implementation of product features for our OCE System.

Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

• Review and analyze client problems/requirements, contribute to the development of wining solutions for clients.
• Design, test, and develop scalable, highly-available, low-latency applications for high-demand systems
• Coding in a diverse environment (especially in Salesforce platform)
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting these for architectural review
• Contribute to practice knowledge building efforts.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant majors.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experiences in project, like CRM or marketing team in pharmaceutical industry are highly valued.
• Good communication skills and client facing experience

• Software development skills:
  • 2 years Force.com apex develop experience is required
  • Lightning Web Component experience is a good plus
  • Familiar with Ajax, JQuery, CSS or similar Front Desk development tech
  • Familiar with HTTP protocol & Web Serivce, WCF etc.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred
  • Understand the third party middleware like mulesoft configuration (Optional)
  • Experience in Scrum other agile development project is preferred (Optional)
