Your Challenge

• You participate actively in the development of client solutions from our strategic projects in Lean Leadership & Administration
• Identification and development of improvement potentials and key activity fields for our customers as well as their support in the implementation
• Participate project team and contribute towards an accurate consultancy outcome to meet client requirements by using fundamental strategic analysis tools
• Support project manager and play an active role, offer service and engage in open and constructive cooperation in project team with Staufen project standards
• Lead the customers methodically through the improvement processes and support them by using common lean principles
• Develop and implement trainings, seminars, and workshops on all hierarchy levels, data analysis, create reports and training documents as well as analysis of production processes
• High expectations of his/her own work quality, highly self-motivated and willingness to work in a team

Your profile

• A successfully completed master or bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics with 2-3 years work experiences in industry or consulting
• You proved your knowledge as Lean Principles, Value Stream Mapping and Design, Continuous Improvement. Experiences in handling improvement processes and CIP workshop would be a plus
• High problem-solving competency with structured way and self-confidence within different hierachy levels
• You are familiar with process analysis and process design in administrative areas. Basic knowledge of statistical analysis tools is preferred
• We expect you to be fluent in English and Mandarin, German is an advantage but not a must have
• You should bring along the unrestricted willingness to travel (if necessary also for international projects)

• You have strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills and visualizing ideas is easy for you. (via PowerPoint)
