articulate, and enthusiastic Retail Account Manage in driving retail accounts

• Sales targets including value, volume, profitability, new partner
recruitment and development of new Consumer Channels
• Defines and Reviews Key Performance Indicators to ensure the achievement of
Lenovo’s Consumer Business growth targets
• Implements rigor and discipline around Business Partner management,
Forecasting and pipeline-management
• Accountable for overall Account strategies and performance
• Develop and Execute business plans that support the overall Business Revenue
and Profit growth
• Develop Account Business Plan with Product Manager prior to sign off of
final business case
• Define promotional calendar and Trade Marketing Plan
• Develop marketing calendar in alignment with GTM Strategies and Brand Plans,
• Ensure all contracts and reports are managed in the define timelines.
• Competitive intelligence (Product and marketing)
• Leading a cultural shift from a short term ‘target driven’ culture, to one
of long term proactive relationship building
• Deliverable s subject to change based on business lead requirements and
strategy changes.

#### Position Requirements:


If you are a Doer and you possess the following:
Qualifications, Skills & Experiences
• Sales or Marketing qualification with greater than 5 year’s sales
experience.
• Proven track record of growing revenues, profitability, and market share in
a high volume technology related consumer company
• Experience in the IT or PC industry
• In-depth understanding of IT systems and IT industry players within the
Consumer channel
• Good background in customer services, excellent negotiation skills as well
as time management skills
• Ability to build sound relationships, professionalism, ethics and a
competitive streak, this individual is expected to work varied hours with a
diverse background of colleagues and customers
• The ability to formulate, negotiate and close large deals
• Analytical thinking, numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail are
essential
• Computer literacy in MS Office suite
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with effective
presentation skills to both small and large audiences.
• Multinational reporting and willingness to travel locally and
internationally
