Job Description
Roles & Responsibility:
1、Understand business requests and translate into data language for quantitative analysis.
2、Operate Alibaba data factory (data modeling) for consumer tag refinement.
3、Optimize the AIPL and FAST performance data.
4、Coordinate with ad agency for consumer data looping and analysis through Alibaba Unidesk.
5、Coordinate with consumer survey agency for consumer behavior & profile analysis and optimization, and tag refinement.
6、Analyze other consumer data of Ali/JD/emerging channel platforms.
Talent Requirement:
1、Graduate with bachelors degree or above, majoring in computer science, mathematics, statistics, e-commerce or business analytics is a plus.
2、3-5 years’ work experience in quantitative consumer operations or data analytics area.
3、Proficient knowledge in data modeling, quantitative analysis methods and machine learning.
4、Familiar with e-commerce ad promotion, consumer survey and consumer insights generation
5、Good business understanding and strong business sense.
6、Previous work experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
7、Full professional proficiency in English or Japanese.
