We are recruiting a Retail Manager for our TW Consumer team.

Responsibilities:
1.Weekly BMS with CAP Regional Retail manager
2.Collect data from promoter managers and provide report with analysis per CAP
guidance
3.Ensure and check Store SO data accuracy
4.Consolidated country view on sales and inventory planning by product ranges
5.Monitoring slow sellers and work with country 4P to provide prompt action
e.g  to reduce/increase  prices or set promotions as necessary
6.Analyzing every aspect of top sellers (for example, the bestselling price
points, colors or styles)
7.Gathering  information on customers' reactions to products in a country view

#### Position Requirements:


· BA/BS Degree in Sales and Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of Sales and Marketing, Retail Store Marketing or Agency
experience in account management/development
· Working knowledge of consumer technology s preferred.
· Budget management experience a plus.
· Ability to manage multiple accounts/tasks, along with the ability to
prioritize and produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is
accurate, complete, and of high quality.
· Project coordination skills are required, as well as a realistic working
understanding of management by objectives.
· Manage and analyze program metrics, analyze budgets, and create budgets.
· This individual must have excellent writing skills with knowledge of basic
business spelling, grammar, and composition.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point are required.
· Must be a creative individual who is well organized with strong
communication skills.
· Proven ability to establish and maintain honest and effective working
relationships with individuals from all backgrounds, including retail store
employees, brand teams and staff, and WHQ customers.
· Must also be willing to travel several times throughout the year.
