The Consumer Sales Manager (CSM) position will be responsible for generating revenue while increasing profit margin. This individual will manage and lead a team of inside sales personnel in selling a full Lenovo portfolio including services, software solutions. The CSM will work in our cross-functional organization with peers in sales, product, web merchandising, marketing, services, supply, and omni channel programs.  The ideal candidate is results oriented, able to execute the organizational vision and strategy and has prior Inside Sales experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to coaching, developing, and training a team of sales representatives to overachieve profit, revenue, and business strategic initiatives.  The manager will be focused on the consultative selling approach with the sales team by utilizing the Lenovo sales process.  The CSM is responsible for executing processes helping to drive client satisfaction, operational efficiency, new account development, repeat sales, problem resolution, sales campaign programs, and business controls to maximize results. This individual will have demonstrated team building and leadership experience as well as the ability to manage multiple sales professionals. Why Lenovo? Who You’ll Work With: At Lenovo, we manufacture one of the world’s widest portfolios of connected products, including PCs (ThinkPad, IdeaPad, Yoga, Lenovo Legion), tablets, smartphones and workstations as well as augmented and virtual reality (ThinkReality) and smart home/office solutions, software and services. In this role you will be representing the product portfolio for our IDG business. IDG (Intelligent Device Group) – The IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices.
