Are you a passionate and driven Super Star Executive Administrative Partner looking to make a big impact? The Global Consumer Sales team is looking for a teammate that can help us take our business results and team efficiency to extraordinary levels. This job provides Executive Administrative support to the GM of Global Consumer Sales and other managers. The successful candidate will quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of the Team's organization, objectives and functions and be a proactive partner in enabling our efficiency and success.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting office administration with associated tasks (ordering office supplies, food orders, onsite needs).
- Assist in coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, F2Fs, etc: plans and organizes meetings and offsites, prepares agendas and coordinates all logistics.
- Managing tactical projects, general administrative duties such as order supplies, CR coordination, generating shipping memo, etc.
- Coordinating activities to ensure department goals are met, effectively mentoring and integrating new admins and ensuring all admins understand department procedures and expectations
- Strategic and day to day complex calendar ownership to ensure readiness and efficient execution by the executive
- Staff, Webcasts, F2F and Events meeting management
- Reports and tracking (Expense and Training)
- Workday administrative tasks
- Execution of department recognition
- Team communication platforms and collaboration tools
- Scheduling complex international and domestic travel

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with grace and professionalism and have the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discretely.
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Operates with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong calendar management experience, with shifting priorities and deadlines, booking complex domestic/international travel, managing travel details such as visas, welcome letters and managing expenses.
- Ability to quickly and accurately assess the importance of a phone call, email, or document and prioritize to involve the appropriate parties.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the department/division such as maintaining divisional organizational charts, phone distribution lists and divisional logistics needs.
- Strong capability working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and finance systems.
- Managing calendars for executives, while also load balancing work to ensure optimal coverage
- Experience with marketing organizations, and knowledge of working relationships between the marketing organization and other key partners
- Experience gathering travel documents and facilitating visa approvals for international travel.
- Experience coordinating large scale events which combine virtual and non-virtual attendance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Proficient in Concur, Workday, Skype, and e-Purchasing, ISM, SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom and WebEx.
- Coordinating complex meetings/event logistics that may involve several cross-functional and global teams.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
5+ years' experience as an Administrative Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS / BA Strongly Preferred.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$57,420.00-$85,940.00 (Hourly Role)
