Consumer Services Business Development Manager – After Point of Sale

#### Position Description:
The Lenovo Services team is building a powerful Consumer Services business and
an innovative business model that will use state of the art methods to reach
our customers. Our mission is to wow and delight our customers with an
exceptional experience that will create loyalty, be a differentiator and
accelerate the consumption of additional services and products.
The Consumer Services Program Manager – After Point of Sale position will be
responsible for building up our after point of sale customer touch points. We
have established 4 customer touch points where we can sell our consumer
services portfolio. The responsibility of this position is to move these touch
points forward to capture new revenue streams. This is a global position so
will work across multiple Geo’s and time zones. After establishing the touch
point this position will be responsible for tracking and increasing revenue
through these touch points.
Responsibilities Include:
\- Work with Geo’s to establish touch points to reach our customer’s after
point of sale
\- Optimize touch points by working with 4P teams to promote and integrate
into marketing
\- Expand ways to reach customers after point of sale
\- Track revenue by touch point and execute plans to increase over time
\- Work with Geo’s to run promotions through touch points to increase revenue
#### Position Requirements:
7+ years of project management, sales, marketing, or related experience
\- Bachelor’s degree required
\- Experience working with global teams, across cultural and time differences
\- Proven experience working across business units to execute projects
\- Proven experience growing sales
Base gross monthly salary from 2100 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part
