Dynamics of the Role

Consumer Interactive, Inc. is the consumer subsidiary of TransUnion. We provide the tools, resources and education to help manage their credit health and achieve their financial goals.

How you’ll contribute

  • Responsible for Data Correction Request from customers & related monthly reports
  • Provide professional services for credit report purchasing with brief explanation of its content
  • Handle request from regulators / law enforcement
  • Answer consumers’ enquiries and requests with professional manner
  • Provide support on any assigned tasks

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor Degree holder
  • With 5 years of work related experience in customer service, preferably in Banking / Credit Industry
  • Previous experience in dealing with bankruptcy, IVA would have an advantage
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese
  • Strictly follow compliance rules and handle customer data with absolute care
  • Good Communication Skills and well-organized person
  • Be Customer service centric
  • Familiar with MS Office applications
