Job description:
  • Develop BTL/ GTMR strategy aligning with Brand strategy and ATL Plan
  • Manage total Category KPIs aligning with multi-function
  • Supports Trade Marketing Team with the development, execution and analysis of promotions for the assigned category
  • Leads different internal functional teams and external agencies to achieve the campaign goals with established objective, budget and schedule
  • Shares permanent feedback to brand team & sales team regarding the implementation of trade marketing activities.

Qualifications
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Passionate about developing a career in FMCG industry
  • Analytical and sensitive to numbers and our products
  • Adventurous, driven with entrepreneurial spirit; a creative problem solver with an open mind
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Equally motivated by working independently as well as collaborating in a team
  • Impactful communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese (verbal & written)
