Job Description

Responsible for handling customer inquires via telephone, email, or online platform

• Provide timely response to customers in areas of product information, outpatient / inpatient services, claims, premium payment and policy termination
• Process customer instructions / request
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaint
• May reach out to customers whose policies have lapsed in an attempt to retain them

Job Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any fields with minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in call centres / healthcare / insurance industries.
  • Must possess good command in written and spoken Vietnamese
  • Customer-orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong and proven problem solving skills.
