ABOUT THE ROLE
- Gather the requirements for Asset / email build, build the page / microsites, review the pages, create review documents and work with PMs / Agencies to secure the approval for deployment
- New Email Marketing Build (Asset Build): Assist in the project management (including for awareness and 3rd party html build scope), build, and deployment of email marketing assets. For clarity, complexity of email build is classified as follows:
- Simple email: built from an existing template with limited personalization and minimal data driven variable content.
- Complex email: no existing template available and/or increased personalization with data driven variable content
- New Landing Page/Microsite Build- Development of simple, maximum three (3) page microsites or landing pages including browser page (within the Adobe Campaign System) that are required for the launch of a campaign. More significant (additional pages of content) or complex landing pages is not within the scope of this agreement
- Email and Landing Page Build & Creation Planning and Analysis – Intake activities in connection with email and landing page content supplied by AstraZeneca: receive, review, categorize complexity of requested work, audit and evaluate for content standards compliance, and log issues
- Build Cycle –Build to established standards, code and tag assets according to established standards and AstraZeneca tagging plan, test of tagging and preparation of documentation for AstraZeneca Medical Legal Regulatory (“MLR”) review
- Test Cycle – In connection with the testing of the built assets: prepare test plan, perform quality checks for compliance with AstraZeneca content execution standards and asset-specific functional requirements supplied by AstraZeneca, and verification of test results
- Create the review documents for 2 stages, ensure updates are done as per the feedback and drive the completion of the review as per the timelines provided to the PMs
- Delivery Cycle – In connection with the tested assets: provide test link and test results, implement required revisions, hand off asset for deployment by AstraZeneca, assemble, import and publish assets as appropriate to type, enter and publish updates, QC live assets and environment, and assign metadata
- Working closely with the cross functional teams – Working in-sync with the project management, Campaign and stakeholders in-sync by providing timely updates and predicting the risk in the deliveries well in advance and keeping all the stakeholders well informed
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HTML, CSS, jQuery
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for marketing applications
- Full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Strong customer service focus
- Engaging and friendly personality
- Collaborative, flexible and a team player
