Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Conceptualisation

• Support the Curriculum Managers in the generation of ideas for concept development and prototype creation
• Support the Curriculum Managers in the instructional design plan for the full product or service

Product Development Stage

• Support Curriculum Manager in development of comprehensive writing briefs
• Coordinate and review the work of other in-house content developers or freelance writers to ensure high quality of manuscripts
• When necessary, write manuscripts or parts of manuscripts following the format of sample units and overall plans
• To make a creative contribution to the text and illustrations so that the finished product is user-friendly

Qualifications

• University degree in English or Humanities, or other related field, or qualification in teaching English as a second/foreign language (Cert or Diploma in TEFL or TESOL)
• 2-3 years of writing, editing or related experience
• 1-2 years of teaching experience or experience working with children
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• a good eye for detail and ability to work under pressure
