SUMMARY
The AstraZeneca Global Sustainability team is looking for an Education and Engagement Learning Content Creator to join our innovative and engaging team. Working to provide impactful, simple and creative materials for Sustainability and Compliance, you will have a flair for content development and design, a love of innovation and great people skills. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Work with training partners to deliver new pieces of creative and impactful content.
Develop learning materials in various formats (e.g., courses built in Articulate 360, PowerPoint presentations, videos, animations, job aids, facilitation guides, learning templates etc.) in line with corporate branding.
Create impactful communications and graphics to compliment learning or communications campaigns for Global Sustainability.
Integrate adult learning and accessibility best practices into the materials you create.
Research and apply current and emerging learning and design trends to your work.
Edit and update existing training materials.
Keeping up to date around the evolving learning technology infrastructure at AstraZeneca.
Sharing and adopting best practice from other learning practioners in the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree level education or equivalent (IT, Education, Graphic Design background will be a plus)
Proven expertise in in designing, creating, or delivering online training
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to work in a global environment and able to contribute as part of global team
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Strong time management skills with ability to work at pace
Proficiency with Articulate 360
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with creating vector graphics and video editing (preferably Illustrator and Premiere Pro)
Proactive technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
NICE TO HAVE:
Knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Audition and After Effects) is strongly preferred
Knowledge of rapid tools for video animation (Vyond) is a plus
