About the role

We’re looking for a Content Engineer to support Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Content Engineer manages, creates, and maintains content (text and multimedia) for web pages, support articles, email templates and web applications via Content Management Systems.                                                                             

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage, create, and maintain content (text and multimedia) for web pages, support articles, email templates and web applications via Content Management Systems.
  • Perform content engineering tasks on projects with required quality and within set time.
  • Ensure all corresponding instructions are followed.
  • Track all work according to instructions.
  • Share information and knowledge with other team members

                                          

Requirements

  • Fluent English - as it is our daily business communication language
  • Experience in content strategy development/management for the online environment utilizing web usability best practices is an advantage
  • Familiarity with content localization processes is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with technical staff and alongside account & project management
  • Ability to work across cultural differences and different time zones.
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite and other Microsoft technologies
