The Integrated Marketing Team is looking for a is looking for an experienced program management lead to manage a team of project managers for the Integrated Marketing Group. In this role, We tell a compelling and cohesive brand story, maximizing our messages across multiple platforms. You will collaborate x-Microsoft with Office and Windows Engineering teams on the integration of key strategic initiatives designed to drive Office growth.
The ideal candidate can create and influence strategy, is comfortable and confident collaborating x-functionally, has industry experience and insight that supports strong business acumen and can bring those insights into a growing development inside a marketing organization. Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with site managers, designers, engineers and QA to reach the best possible version of a feature to bring to market.
- Drive features through entire development cycle, from concept to launch, with a strong focus on details, but never losing sight of the big picture.
- Translate observations and discussions into detailed user stories and manage the story writing, prioritization, tracking, and acceptance of the product backlog in an agile environment.
- Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, perform acceptance testing and lead product launches.
- Help your team work together smoothly in an agile process and work diligently to bring rigor to our product development process.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience working in a project management capacity at a consumer-facing web company.
- 2+ years of eCommerce website and 2+ years of working on global websites
Addition Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience with AZURE DevOps
- Proven record project managing the software development lifecycle of web and mobile applications.
- A strong understanding of current web technologies, standards and how the web ecosystem is evolving.
- Experience and success in using team-based software development concepts that drive to iterative launches.
- Excellent writing, organizational, leadership, follow-up and time management skills.
- Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize and communicate complex or technical concepts.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git,VSO)
- Familiarity with development aiding tools (Visual Studio, Code Flow, Style Cop)
