Job Description
Our client launched a new lifestyle brand focused on sleep. It was created to transform people’s lives by offering healthier sleep.
Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize the content calendar
- Develop and implement content and campaign strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and sales, increase brand awareness, and further our brand mission
- Oversee creative production (including photography, graphic design, video, and audio content)
- Cooperate with the rest of the marketing team on launching new products (spanning product marketing, content and promotion strategy)
- Write and edit punchy short-form content (ads, social media, email) as well as long-form content (articles, research)
- Optimize all content for SEO purposes
- Create website content (including evergreen and blog content) and emails (including customer acquisition, customer loyalty, and customer engagement)
- Keep a consistent tone of voice and personality across all marketing channels
- Help the team with PR and communication strategy (including media interviews, events and influencers)
- Create daily or weekly performance reports and manage various internal stakeholders
- Stay abreast of marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, writing, marketing, or related discipline
- Passionate about writing and communication
- Possess curious and passionate personality
- Creative and love ideation
- Strong sense of brand aesthetics
- Strong ownership and result-oriented person and sensitive to numbers
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines concurrently; effective use of time management and prioritization skills
- Well analytical and problem-solving skills
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
