Eaton’s Digital Office is currently seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a REMOTE opportunity, however, preference will be given to those candidates located within 50-miles of Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Raleigh, NC; and Milwaukee, WI. Position Overview: Reporting to the Manager, Content Marketing for our Brightlayer Utilities suite, the Content Marketing Specialist will support the production of all marketing communications activities, both digital and traditional, for our utilities-focused software offerings. This role will engage with product management; sales; Corporate and business marketing teams to achieve our growth objectives through content marketing campaigns. In this role you will: The successful candidate will support the creation of marketing materials for awareness and demand generation activities, from planning to production and distribution, working with the organization’s subject matter experts. Support the creation of assets for integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, preference, and demand with key target audiences at all stages of the sales funnel. Develop content for distribution through various marketing channels, coordinating closely with business and regional marketing teams. Support the product launch process and continue to promote new products as part of a larger digital offering through audience-focused content and campaigns. Contribute to paid media, search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives with keyword optimization, content tagging, and metadata management. Understand all aspects of Eaton’s brand promise, attributes and standards, and accurately represent Eaton in all written and verbal communications. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Advertising, Business, Communications, or Marketing from an accredited institution. Minimum of five (5) years of digital marketing, marketing communications experience. Content marketer who can collaborate with others to develop and execute high-quality long and short-form content. Proven ability to excel in multi-tasking with outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Experienced writer and editor for multiple channels and formats. Demonstrated ability to understand and explain highly technical information. Aptitude for learning and adopting tools in the Martech stack. Experience with a web development platform (AEM preferred) and a marketing automation platform (Eloqua preferred). Digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, analytics, integrated campaigns, lead generation, demand generation. Strong project management skills, including the ability to independently manage multiple projects and complete projects to schedule. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
