Key Accountabilities

Marketing and Community Outreach

• Drive consumer experience through developing and execution of holistic content strategy and tactics for own media and paid media
• Coordinate with third party agency for graphic design and oversee the design work maintaining a consistent brand image and brand voice.
• Design suitable promotion tactics of contents through multiple marketing channels that align with business objectives.
• Manage local media partnerships and optimize both print and digital campaigns to generate interaction, brand exposure for local market.
• Develop plans of content topics and responsible for content production during campaigns and daily operation.
• Manage the official account on different social media platforms, tracking effects on the performance.
• Support the development of medical packages and promotions with clinical staff and management when required.
• Explore and assist with new type of Chinese media/sales channel collaboration.
• Conduct physician interviews and live talks and assist with events as required.
• Any other special program/project assigned by Sales & Marketing Manager and VP of Sales & Marketing.

Education and/or professional qualifications (minimum requirements)

• Graduate with bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in marketing, media communications

• 5-7 years’ work experience in content marketing or social media operation area. Copy write skill is a must. Work experience in private healthcare is a plus.

• Proficient knowledge in content marketing and KOL

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills

• Experience with web markup language and search engine optimization

• Proactive, well organized and autonomous

• Able to self start
