Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Deep understanding of content market in India, familiar with most recent trending videos consumed by young audience
2. Find viral music/audio on internet or in app and build playlists based on users' tastes
3. Draft operation plan in both of local language & English
4. Monitoring local content ecosystem, collaborate with data team to improve the diversity of in-app content, give feedback / guidelines to user operations to acquire right content needed in the community
5. Research new market trends as well as user insights to leverage them into impactful marketing activities

Requirements:

1. Excelling writing skill of English and local languages, can complete operation plan with creative ideas independently
2. Have data-driven spirit, can analysis and judge current user's interest based on data reports
3. Be responsible and comfortable to work with global team
2. 3-5 years of working experience in content, journalism, media, communications, marketing, or PR related role required
4. BS/MS degree in journalism, media, communications, marketing, English, or PR preferred
5. Language:Prefer Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Marathi/Malayalam/Punjabi/kanada
