Position Overview

The Content Operations Manager – Core Reference (Asia operations) is responsible for leading the Core Reference Content Production teams in Beijing (~50-60 team members). This role is responsible for providing leadership to the regional team and ensuring content delivery & service management for the Core Reference Content of Asia markets and end to end employee engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that content team is in constant communication with stakeholders to ensure content delivery and service excellence is in line with the content strategy
• Leads regional team of Team Leaders & SMEs to ensure that production units use all available resources within financial targets to meet customer requirements
• Identifies opportunities for improvement to maximize resources and increase customer satisfaction
• Builds regional plans to align resources to meet business priorities within the global framework
• Responsible for the quality and performance of the Core reference Content in line with Customer Expectations
• Deliver against service targets as defined by the business and the customer
• Leader of innovation and supporting change management
• Deliver strategic & tactical projects in line with the roadmap
• Develop and engage diverse talent across teams focusing on performance based culture & driving Refinitiv Values
• Drive/support local site activities as defined by the local leadership team

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge and understanding of running a content team
• Strong people leadership skills, demonstrated ability to manage managers and take tough decisions.

Desired Skills:

• 6+ yrs of people management experience.
• Working experience of Fixed Income Content, Entity data or related Core reference content
• Familiarity with Refinitiv products mainly EIKON, Datascope,etc
• Process Excellence certification or/and projects completion (Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean, etc)
• Customer-facing engagements / experience
• Prior experience of identifying opportunities and implementing automation within data management processes to drive efficiencies and/or improve quality of data
