Job Description
Graduates with master's degree, average score above 80 (Preferred) or Bachelor degree with at least 2 years relevant working experience.

The Content Optimization Specialist will support digital marketing, SEO, and content creation and optimization initiatives across Salary.com’s B2C and B2B websites. This role will write and review content for the web, create and publish new pages on WordPress, design meta data according to Google best practices, and leverage reporting tools to make informed SEO and digital marketing decisions that drive traffic and conversions on our website.

Our ideal candidate will enjoy the art and the science of producing digital content. They’ll want to dig deep to better understand what our customers want from our content, and they’ll have a passion for partnering with stakeholders in Development, Data, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success to uncover new ways to fit the pieces of the SEO puzzle together. They’ll also keep a pulse on our market, understanding what’s working and not working across all content channels.

Responsibilities

Learn and expand on current SEO best practices to audit our site and evaluate our existing pages and content offerings
Work with our content team and internal subject matter experts to develop new content ideas that target desired keywords
Partner with our development team to post content, evaluate content performance, and make tweaks as needed
Optimize and edit new and existing content to improve ranking and search visibility for target keywords using SEO tools
Perform keyword research to identify new target keywords in our markets
Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of related experiences with BS degree.
• Working hours are between 8 PM and 5 am China Time(night shift Match US day time)
