职位描述:
1、制定该产品内容策略，统一写作风格，为用户提供令人愉悦且实用的内容；
2、审校和编辑SaaS产品的英文内容，引导全球用户无障碍使用产品；
3、监测用户反馈并不断更新现有帮助内容，为用户提供丰富的产品使用技巧；
4、基于搜索数据分析，判断用户产品使用痛点，提高用户满意度和平台信任度；
5、与产品和设计团队紧密合作，共同协作推进有效的内容策略；
1、Set guidelines, examples and editorial strategies for the voice and style of all the content;
2、Proofread and edit English pieces before publication for the SaaS product's global audience;
3、Monitor customers' feedback to identify gaps in the content and recommend new content ideas;
4、Make decisions based on search data analysis to meet customers' needs and build trust with them;
5、Coordinate with product managers and design teams to deliver effective content strategies.
职位要求:
1、英语为母语或接近母语水平；
2、热衷内容创作和设计，写作自信、严谨；
3、拥有中英文高效沟通技巧，可以清晰有力地表达观点；
4、有英文记者、编辑或UX本地化经验优先；
5、有互联网产品内容策略和项目管理经验优先；
6、工作地点可选北京或杭州。
1、Native proficiency (or equivalent) in English;
2、Passion for content planning, with solid writing and editing skills;
3、Good communication skills in both Chinese and English to present ideas clearly and effectively;
4、Proven work experience as an English journalist, editor or UX localization writer is a plus;
5、Experience in product content strategy or project management is a plus;
6、Based in Beijing or Hangzhou.
