Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.• Formulate hypothesis based on market insights and conduct A/B tests to refine E-commerce optimization plans.• Develop marketing initiatives, and campaigns to increase sales.• Work closely with SEO, creative, and content teams to develop a comprehensive requirements, wireframes, and designs to submit as a request for optimization with acceptance criteria to the Product Development Team.• Collaborate with the business intelligence team to monitor data and asses the progress of KPIs and our target.• Monitor the key performance indicators and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing initiatives and optimization.• Create weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, BI, and CRM/CDM tools.• Other duties and projects as assigned

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Multimedia / Journalism / Communications / Marketing / or related field
1+ years of experience in storytelling, selling ideas, and creative content creation.
A good understanding of the relationship between content, targeted to the right audience, in the right channel, creating compelling messages for different targets.
A basic understanding of SEO to create optimized search engine content while adhering to internal checklists and optimizing for rankings.
Being comfortable writing about sexual wellness products
An excellent writing and editorial skills in English
Native English language ability strongly preferred
