We are seeking a bright, creative, analytical and motivated individual to join the team and work on our fast growing ecommerce business. Responsibilities:

Ecommerce

• Responsible for creating all original content from beginning to end, assisting with creative direction and managing digital asset production across official website, walmart.com, amazon.com and all social media channels.
• Assist and collaborate with the Marketing Team to execute the promotional calendar (site wide banners, email blasts and set-up of promotional coupons).
• Responsible for the execution of customer email engagement programs. These programs are designed specifically to send the right message, to the right individual at the right time, to improve their experience with our products, based upon their preferences, interests and interactions with us.

Social Media

• Develop the brand tone and voice by creating a cohesive brand story across all social media and digital marketing channels. Build awareness, grow traffic, and engage with customers to increase our base and drive profitability.
• Use reporting and analytics to develop content and better engage with and build our community.
• Identify and build relationships with brand potential contributors, partners and influencers, manage deliverables and prepare recap decks.
• Monitor and present best practices and emerging trends within the digital/social media space.
• Establish KPIs and goals to measure success and develop weekly and monthly reporting.
• Assist with Facebook moderation as needed, to support social media customer service.

Requirements:

• English Native Speaker Only
• Customer Oriented mind set with good understanding of US customer .Experience working for an ecommerce or digital brand, home décor experience is a plus!
• Ability to manage multiple projects across varied timelines in an ever-changing fluid work environment.
• Talented copywriter with exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Strategic and analytical thinking strength with a focus on leveraging customer engagement to maximize return on investment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.

The position reports to the Director of Marketing. You will be working in a collaborative environment; engaging with many departments within the company including, but not limited to Creative, Sales, Retail Production, Merchandising and Fulfillment.
