The Opportunity:

We are looking for Contest Management, Analyst who manages all P&A matters & projects with high level, provide agency force initiatives to drive production align with business strategies. To drive Agency growth with quality by contest/promotion for customers and sales team

Report to: Manager, Agency Performance Management

Job responsibilities:

• Design and communicate sales contest for sales team
• Update the result for sales team and other related stakeholders as schedule.
• Control P&A budget of bank partners assigned
• Register customer promotion with DOIT
• Manage P&A budget within the allocated limitation and utilize the budget efficiency accordance with guidelines, no audit points & turnaround time as of commitment

• Provide effective communication to focus the KPI of initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Education – Finance, or Business Administration
• At least 2 years experience
• Collaborative Challenger
• Curious leaner
• Good communication in English
• Systematic & logical thinking
• Excellent at MS Office, Word, Excel, PP
