The Opportunity:

We are looking for Contest and Customer Promotion, Specialist to contribute to Partnership Distribution growth by designing customer promotion and contest for banks staffs and sales team, managing P&A budget

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design customer promotion, contest for sales team and bank staff following strategic plan and OKR of each quarter including working with sales team and partner for brainstorming and alignment.
• Monitor and analyze efficiency of campaign/contest, provide more insight to management level and related team.
• Work with sales team, partner and other stakeholder to ensure that the implementation is going well.
• Work with calculation, sales and engagement team to ensure that communication, tracking, results are updated on time.
• Monitoring and control PnA budget.
• Register customer promotion with DOIT
• Other tasks delegated by line manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration…
• At least 03 years of experience in insurance, banking, financial planning
• Sharp strategic mindset with holistic view and logical thinking
• Good at influencing, communication and presentation skill.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Access, experienced with BI tool (Power BI, Tableur,…) is an advantage
