Your essential responsibilities: Develop and deploy CI strategy align with division strategy Update CI development plan coving plant CI objectives, CI key activity and CI competence Develop annual CI master plan for plant Conduct EBS PULL workshop and identify key projects at plant levels, monitor progress and make sure achieve target goals Deploy applicable CI tools to support plant goals Lead annual VSM event for plant level and guide product/department level VSMs Drive transactional projects through BPI to improve business process Overall owner for plant level cost out, facilitate IDB workshop when necessary, building up project pipeline and drive execution Analyze cell & manufacturing layout, capacity, line balancing and facilitate to work out the improvements for productivity Through effective communication and CIF deployment, promote CI cultures within the plant therefore engage all levels in the organization, also share plant best practice through division platform Build up plant CI competency through providing Provide professional coaching and mentorship to CI key members and CI projects team, strengthen the bench depth within plant Coordinate OpA and ELSS assessment, track actions and follow up Qualifications If you are: Bachelor's degree or above At least 10 years work experience in CI (Lean manufacturing) with solid achievements Experiences in CI, i.e. Lean and Six Sigma, Knowledge of IE, Project management Have Can-do attitude and passion to win Strong leadership, team building skills & strategic thinking abilities Good at communication and internal coordination Good in English and Mandarin, verbal and written.
