Objective of Job
• Conduct daily contract activation tasks such as Loan Card No. checking and fleet case with quality & efficiency.
• Responsible for daily special case handling and SOP updates, and support team members for task handling.
• Communicate with outsourcing vendor and dealer/DSM/FC timely and precisely.
• Data analysis and continously seek enhancement opportunities in process & system wise.
• Support bug fixing with system testing and seek solutions with proper follow up timely.
Task Description

1.Conduct daily contract activation tasks operation
• Activation special case handling, including case escalated from vendor and received from dealer/ DSM/ FC;
• Daily loan card checking in PBOC website;
• In charge for Fleet case, including contract creation in CMS, coordinate communication with Sales, dealers, and vendors;
• Handle system issues related with activation & disbursement if any, escalate and solve the problem accordingly;
• Strictly follow SOP and ensure the performance targets such as processing turn around time & accuracy requirements are accomplished. S

2. Update & conduct SOP/ Manual/ Working instructions/ Account review etc periodically
• Review SOP for outsourcing vendor according to process change;
• Update & manage SOP for internal business process;
• Handle Manual or Process or Working instructions review regularly;
• Responsible for team account review for all systems;
• Support BCP process internally & with outsourcing vendor.

3. Data analysis and reports preparation
• Conduct data analysis to auto activation ratio, auto credit check ratio to monitor business performance and effectiveness;
• Prepare monthly FC error report to monitor FC performance and the impact to activation;
• Find problems or opportunities from data analysis to help business further enhance.

4.Others
• Payment to vendor;
• Participate in assigned topics or working packages or projects;
• Support on testing (e.g. change request or new product) and raise enhancement ideas;
• Support team members to jointly achieve team target;
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
