Mission The role involves dealing with Service contract/point of sale calculation and pricing enquiries from our team of Customer Service Managers and different administration personal. The role also requires following local, and HQ defined business objective for archiving required operating profit. What are my Responsibilities: · Maintain communication standards for both internal and external stakeholders · Issuing offers for service contracts · Preparation of pricing for Service sales and point of sale and adheres to internal guidelines, processes, and regulations · Monitor general Service Performance via CS standard parameters (KPI) and inform CS management any deviation related to process. · Preparation of Service Calculation · Provide cost reports for profitability analysis to assist with calculation of Service Contract renewals · Provide a clear communication link between the internal Service sales team and the customer service commercial · Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills What do I need to qualify for this job? · Possesses bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent · Product knowledge, Microsoft Office / SAP Know-how. · Typically, 3-5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key · Experience in managing, leading and motivating teams and individuals. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel GDPR We care about your data privacy and take compliance with GDPR as well as other data protection legislation seriously.
