Job Description:

• Manage all the processes related to the import and export of the Customer agreement data feed.

• Implement new and/ or changes to part master data into the ERP system.

• Lead the resolution of data discrepancies, working actively with all involved internal and external parties.

• Implement and maintain parameter settings for part creation.

• Manage and control all processes related to the quarterly or yearly price change project in collaboration with the customer and supplier.

• Provide business support for the Global Service Centre when critical to ensure SLA requirements are fulfilled.
