Come join GSPO and help us transform the future of procurement. This role is for a people manager position that manages a team of supply chain professionals located in the US, Israel and Malaysia. The team focus on ensuring quality upstream master data for Indirect contract items is entered that enables downstream procurement data quality. The team helps deliver on the Cost, Quality Availability, and Sustainability objectives of the supply chain. Plans and implements activities related to timely, cost-effective procurement enablement.

As the Contract Data Enablement Operations Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to: 

  • Lead a multi-site team of Supply Chain Analysts who are accountable to deliver core supply chain requirements in the areas of Quality, Availability, Technology, and Sustainability through effective program management of Indirect Contract data by profiling, assessing and mitigating supply chain risk to procurement.
  • Oversees the execution of supply chain procurement strategies across multiple BU's in alignment with global strategy and BU partner goals.
  • Strategically communicate and influence senior leadership within Supply Chain functional groups, the Intel BU's, manage strategic relationships within the vertical support group and key BUs.
  • Set strategy, expectations, and priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, manage performance and develop employees.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field of study.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Supply chain, procurement, and/or finance.

  • This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's in Business Administration
  • Management or leadership experience
  • Prior procurement process expertise
  • Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints)
  • Project Management tools and methodologies (e.g. PLC, PMP)
  • Business Process Management experience
  • Data Analysis experience

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
