Purpose of Job
You will be responsible in driving Swire Hotels digital growth and customer experiences by supporting the team in building and managing the digital ecosystem and digital conversion channels. The role will also play a big part on working with local teams, providing digital marketing support and consultancy for online and social media planning and development.
Key Markets includes Hong Kong, Mainland China, and United States
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and build Swire Hotels digital ecosystem including websites, eCommerce platform and social conversion platforms in key markets
Oversee the development of website and ecommerce platform from end-to-end, including user journey and UX/UI
Working closely with agencies tech team to ensure output excellence by testing vigorously and safeguarding the project timeline with diligence
A Google Analytics ninja with hands-on experience in tracking and evaluating website performance
Taking ownership in analysing site wide, cross platform customer journey data and report on key metrics
Develop and execute daily/weekly/monthly reports and content calendar
Support and facilitate the overall digital strategy and digital campaign initiatives in driving growth and conversion with programmatic, paid social, and SEM/SEO
Helps manage creative review process, and delivers customer-centric messaging and creative aligned to our strategy and brand
Do you have the following?
3 - 4 years of experience eCommerce Marketing and Digital Marketing
Knowledge of web and mobile development, website, mobile apps, digital, online or e-Commerce development
Agile and flexible, capable in working in a dynamic and fast-pace environment
Detail-oriented, independent and diligent
Have basic Chinese copy-editing/writing capabilities
Proficient in paid media and analytics reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, GTM, WeChat (weixin) Management Platform, Baidu Tongji, and Facebook Business & Ads Manager
Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Provide clear business requirements to vendor, as well as the development team, to build any new acquisition channels. Ability to translate marketing and creative needs into user and technical requirements is key.
Do you have the following?
- Solid project management experience
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data, summarizing insights across different digital touchpoints.
- Proficient in paid media and analytics reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, WeChat (weixin) Management Platform and Facebook Business & Ads Manager
- Thorough understanding of SEO, SEM ecosystem, DSP, Display Networks, Ad Servers, and retargeting is a must
- Good knowledge of TripAdvisor, Trivago, Google Hotel Finder and other Meta Search Engine is a plus
- Practical experience in both OTA account management is a plus
- Strong knowledge in setting up ecommerce tracking, attribution model and conversation funnels under Google and Baidu Analytics
- Solid understanding of conversion optimization and A/B and multivariate testing and analysis
- Agency experience a plus
- Experience with Photoshop, basic HTML/CSS skills, Adobe Creative Suite or other video and photo editing skills for content creation is a plus.
- Experience with Sitecore and Salesforce is a plus
