Come meet our SE Zone team! https://vimeo.com/461504294 What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure: This position handle customer contracts with additional requirements to support sales and sales administrative functions as determined by local management. Responsibilities: Contract Handler Maintain the Opportunity Dashboard (a.k.a Contract Queue) Review all documents are present including exhibits, etc. (if not will be send back to Sales Rep to upload) Identify commitment document and start reviewing T&C. Identify Show Stoppers Review Sales Price in Opportunity to match amount in Contract (second set of eyes) Look for addendum in registry Write Addendum when necessary or update existing one Print to PDF Attach it to the contract Send for signatures (BGM/Delegate and FBA) Once returned with both internal signatures, Upload to Turbo marked as Partially Executed Collect Customer signature When received, upload and mark as Fully executed LOI Report preparation distributed to Ops Managers, Sales manager, BGMs and Team Leads (First week of each month) LOI report by Sales Rep distributed individually for follow up (First week of each month) Manage Certificate of insurance requests general inbox Qualifications: Where permitted by applicable law, Siemens may require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 based on job requirements, and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons High school diploma, state recognized GED, or state recognized high school proficiency exam. Problem-solving and critical thinking Analytical and logical reasoning. Conflict resolution and mediation. Negotiation skills, Adaptability and ability to manage pressure. Detail time oriented management Client service/Organization/Teamwork Must be proficient in utilizing and mastering various Software Systems including. Customer Relationship Management Systems. Microsoft Office Suite-Tools and Systems Must possess good verbal and writing skills Must be able to work as a Team Ability to work 7:00AM to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm Weekends and Nights as required by the business with advanced notice.
