Deliver the highest possible level of service to customers, dealers and MBAFC field staff, to perform the daily retail operations within timeline requirements, credit rules and legal & compliance requirements. Support direct sales strategy, identify business opportunity and push forward the process optimization. Become function expert and share experiences within team & organization.
Conduct Process Optimization and IT System Enhancement on Contract Management
- Lead whole review and change process regarding contract management topics
- Propose ideas and collect feedbacks from relevant functions.
- Conduct timely SOP/process review & update to ensure the SOPs and processes are in line with related policy and guidelines.
- Support testing for incidents or system enhancement if necessary and provide feedback to relevant functions.

Support pre-sales CCC to conduct daily operations with high correctness and high efficiency
- Support to handle customer inquiries and escalation cases from OEM regarding pre-sales topics.
- Cooperate with cross departments to resolve the complex cases.
- Guide and support customers to complete the loan application.
- Provide data analysis and report on schedule as required.

Support system/report enhancement and process optimization opportunities
- Provide process optimization proposal to streamline CCC process and support implementation.
- CCC related reports initiation, requirement communication and testing.
- Design test case and conduct testing for system enhancement.

Others
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Support related project and provide accurate and timely response.
- Play as subject owner of specific project or inititives.
