Conduct daily operations with high correctness and high efficiency
- Handle AML related daily approval and escalation.
- Provide AML process optimization proposal and aligned with governance function.
- Suggest any possible AML system enhancement to improve the efficency of daily operation, and follow up the implementation.
Identify and control risk under business scope
- Assist supervisor to collect relevant legal & compliance requirement or common practice of contract management business to ensure the retail business models and processes in legal shape and risk under control.
- Support all internal and external audits, and follow up for audit findings, align with other teams if necessary.
- In the charge of ICS/ICE update, and monitoring the business control points.
- Work together with QC team for daily business risk identify and control.
- Manual update and support compliance related topic.

Support direct sales project and business
- Handle escalation cases to support pre-sales.
- Cooperate with cross departments to resolve the complex cases.
- Guide and support customers to complete the loan application.
- Initiate process enhancement and push forward the implement.

Others
- Support on timely SOP/process review & update to ensure the SOPs and processes are in line with related policy and guidelines;
- Support testing for incidents or system enhancement if necessary and provide feedback to relevant functions;
- Back up team members when needed.
- Support any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
