Our contract logistics division provides end-to-end solutions in warehousing and distribution to our customers. This position will steer customer relationships and business expansion plans for the cluster. If you possess hands on experience in the management of logistics projects, and currently responsible for profit and loss, this might just be the career for you.

In this role, you will get to grow both new and existing businesses for the assigned cluster region, and coordinate all business development actions over the region. You will also provide overall leadership and direction to the team, and groom the future stars of contract logistics

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and manage contract logistics activities in line with financial expectations

• Establish and grow the warehousing and distribution infrastructure

• Take the lead role in all key customer relationships

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of global SOPs,WMS and TMS

• Responsible for the growth and development of talents within the division
  

Your skills and experience

Ideally, you should have at least 5 years of business management experience in contract logistics. You possess a general understanding of WMS, and are able to build strong relationships. Besides an uncanny business acumen, you are also able to effortlessly engage top management to drive win-win situations. Regional travel is expected.
