Job Description

Early termination contract closing
- Confirm the contract closing requests and execute contract closing in the system
- Communicate with customers for information sharing for contract closing
- Handle customer complaints regarding ET contract closing
- Proceed and confirm of Mortgage on Vehicle release upon contract closure
- Responsible for vehicle ownership transfer for lease products for early terminated contracts
- Manage ET  invoice with vendors
- Handle Termination data management file for invoice issuance
- Handle vehicle defect , New car guarantee contract closing and document preparation
- MOV cancellation for IF contracts, and ownership transfer documents for OL/FL contracts
 
Modification approval (Support)
- Responsible for approving loan purpose modification requests in CMS
 
Maturity contract handlin g (support)
- Contact customers at least one month before the maturity and explain about the purchase process
- Confirm the required information with the customer and execute the purchasing process either by sending the title transfer documents or registering through title transfer agency
- Handle customer complaints regarding contract maturity and insurance renewal escalated from RC(Refinancing Consultants) and CS(Customer Support) staff
- Monitor service lease status to make sure there is no missing renewal cases
- Arrange insurance renewal for service lease customers
 
Customer Journey
- Manage customer journey contents such as, Welcome letter, Maturity letter, Succession letter to convey information in a timely manner
- Communicate with vendors to develop system function to enhance customer journey service
- Monitor regularly the customer journey contents with related teams, such as Marketing, CS, Remarketing, and Collection etc to serve quality information to customers.
Transaction chop management (support)
- Transaction chop management of CM
 
System / Process Enhancement
- Review and enhance above related business process
- Review and enhance the system including CMS, PMS, COS
- Analyze feasibility
- Provide business cases
- Submit business requirement documents and align the understanding with the developers
- Finalize functionality specification document
- Create appropriate test cases
- Proceed testing and raise issues
