An experienced contract lawyer from having worked for an international business in China is sought. This international corporation needs someone to review, draft, advise, and negotiate on various agreements and contracts for their China business. You ideally have 3-8 years’ contract management experience with an MNC handling complex contracts. Knowledge of corporate and commercial law is highly desirable as well as a good team spirit.
