The Job

• Clients: A Leading Main Contractor
• Position: Contract Manager (Public Rental Housing)
• Responsibilities:
• Lead in overall management, review and coordination of contractual and managerial issues for major projects and agreements
• Liaise direct with the Government management including Assistant Director (Property Services), the Chief Property Services Managers, the Chief Engineer of General Engineering Services, the Chief Quantity Surveyor
• Salary: $50-60K, bonus, medical

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification relevant to building construction
• Corporate Member of a building related professional Institute
• Minimum 7 years’ post professional qualification management experience in building construction, at least 3 years of which shall relate to local building maintenance and holding a managerial position
• Solid experience in Public Rental Housing Redevelopment / Maintenance
• Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese and written English and Chinese
