Task Description
Conduct Daily Retail Operations with High Correctness and High Efficiency
• Maintain and regular collect all departments’ requirement to update the loan and mortgage contract accordingly.
• Handle urgent requirement on contract version update, including compliance, legal, marketing and product topic.
Identify system enhancement and process optimization opportunities
• Provide process optimization proposal to streamline contract management process and support implementation.
• Assist supervisor to collect relevant legal & compliance requirement or common practice of contract management business to ensure the retail business models and processes in legal shape and risk under control.
• Suggest any possible system enhancement to improve the efficiency of daily retail operation, and assist manager to make the implementation
• Assist manager to identify gap and detailed specification for system enhancement.
• Design test case and conduct testing for system enhancement.
Projects initiation and management
•Initiate and take lead on specific project, ensure aligned with project team for the clear scope, timeline requirements.
•Assist manager to conduct feasibility study and reality check of each CTM projects.
•Lead discussions with stakeholders to identify possible solutions.
Others
• Support all internal and external audits, and follow up for audit findings, align with other teams if necessary.
• Monitor vendor performance and align with vendor management for solutions if necessary.
• Review process and SOP for the team.
• Back up team members when needed.
• Support any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
