Job Description

Master Data Analysts (MDAs) work as individual contributors and/or on project teams with other Department Analysts, and Project Managers.

MDAs have a core responsibility to manage upstream procurement data (Outline Agreements, Material Master, IPN, VFBOM, Ariba Contracting) to ensure master data does not gate procurement execution.

MDAs own the master data processes to ensure a Continuous Improvement mindset in pursuit of OpX.

The MDAs identify process improvements based on thorough understanding of the business processes and supply chain dependencies. MDAs communicate, explain, and clarify issues with the Suppliers, Site PMs, Commodity Mangers, Capital Buyers and Capacity CMs to translate commercial data into systematized data to enable procurement. Some MDAs perform specialized tasks in addition to their core job responsibilities, such as consulting on tools, systems, quality and controls, services, or processes; provide input to system/process design; and/or provide content knowledge support and troubleshooting.

MDAs may work on several projects and/or programs simultaneously, managing multi stakeholders, business forecasting, constraint analysis, inventory analysis, Plan/POR, benchmarking and departmental indicators.

This position will also cover Contract Enablement tasks for the EMEA region. These tasks will work with CMs, BUs and suppliers to enable contract compliance in Shopping at Intel.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field of study.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain with a focus on data analytics.
  • This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.


Preferred qualifications:

  • SAP Procurement Experience.
  • Ariba Contracting Experience.
  • Power BI Experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
