The Position Profile is for Commissioning & after Sales Service of MV AIS Switchgears up to 36kV and LV Product. 8BK80/8BK88+, 3AH4, 3AH0, 3AH3, 3AK coming under DS Portfolio and latest technology comes on your way. Installation and Testing of primary MV switchgear for use in Substation / receiving station. Attending kick off and technical meetings with customer during execution of Project and project planning. Preparation of Site test procedures, protocols and reports for CT, PT, Relays, AIS and other MV Switchgears. Co-ordinate within team for Commissioning and Integration of system. Provide clarification and support to Customer and site team. Trouble shooting at site for issues related to Medium Voltage Switch gears Ensure timely completion of Commissioning of Service activity Completion and submission of site documentation as per project requirement Conduct Periodic site audits to improve upon execution quality and reduce NCC Follow safety guidelines while carrying out site execution activities and ensure no incidents. 80% Travelling to various domestic and international project sites for execution of service jobs. Knowledge of Bus Duct System of MV GIS System. Co-Ordination with Customer for Planning of Job execution. Knowledge of Future Grid Product like chargers/inverter. Co-ordinating with Kalwa Works and HQ factory for customer issue. Willing to cope up with Digitalization topic and collecting data through Mobile based application. Co-ordination with Supplier, Vendor, factory for required offer and execution schedule. Preparation of RCA report for any failure. We don't need superheroes, just super minds! This job is based in Kalwa office. B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 4-6 years in AIS Substation Engineering. This role would be on direct contract with Siemens for 1 year. Proficient AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Familiar with IEC/IS/IEEE Standards. Knowledge of AIS Engineering Drawing. Testing of Complete Substation Equipment ranging from MV AIS.
