• Holder of Higher Diploma or above; or
• Level 3 or above in 5 subjects in HK Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent; or
• Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in HK Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grace C or above in 3 other subjects in HKCEE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B), or equivalent; and
• At least 1 year working experience in the field of property management preferably in public housing area
• Independent, good communication skills in writing and verbal contact, good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Successful candidate will be seconded to Hong Kong Housing Authority and appointment will be offered on contract basis
• Monthly salary HK$19K above
