Client & Services Management
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain client relationship through outbound servicing calls
  • Handle inbound hotlines inquiries
  • Perform administrative support including return mails, data input…etc.
Requirements
  • Form 5 or above
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Fast & accurate typing in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English is a must.
  • Potential to renew to a permanent position
