Client & Services Management
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain client relationship through outbound servicing calls
- Handle inbound hotlines inquiries
- Perform administrative support including return mails, data input…etc.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Fast & accurate typing in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English is a must.
- Potential to renew to a permanent position
